Who are we?

Knotty Beauty Inc. is Woodstock's sexiest and trendiest hair salon. The owners, Jessica and Santina, are both local to Woodstock and have a passion for creating a sense of community in their workplace. They love creating custom looks for their clients and hold themselves to the industry’s highest standards, including staying up-to-date and educated on all the latest best practices and products. Knotty Beauty Inc. is located downtown Woodstock, in a beautiful building radiating with history. Take a seat on the cozy sofas, and help yourself to a snack, and bevy. Come hang out with the Knotty girls, It is a vibe worth experiencing!

What is the cancellation policy?

All appointments require a 48 hr notice if they need to be rescheduled or cancelled. If an appointment is a No Show/Cancelled without a 48 hr notice, a 50% fee per service canceled will be applied. That fee will be required before re-booking.

What if I am running late?

We will do our best to accommodate, however, if you are more than 15 minutes late you will be asked to reschedule. If you are running late please contact us as soon as possible to let us know. Our clients are scheduled back-to-back, which means if we start one guest late, every guest after that will be seen late. We completely understand that life happens, but if this is a recurring issue a late fee will be added to your appointment cost.

Where do I park?

All of our clients can park at the coles walkway parking lot on Adelaide, located just behind our studio.
